Test incomer voltages (V) phase-to-phase and phase-to-neutral to ensure correct voltage requirement. Check all cable connections for its tightness and any black spots observed in the DB. Check for lights & fixtures in the villa. Elcb, mccb, mcb switch & Socket fixing. Check the panel locks and hinges and ensure the safety/security of the DB.
